We are seeking a motivated Spanish-speaking Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Spanish and English, possess solid communication skills, and be eager to build a career in recruitment. Fresh graduates with a passion for HR and talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
:

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in Spanish and English.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Build and maintain a pipeline of Spanish-speaking talent.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Fluent in Spanish

Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn.
