Role Description





This is a full-time, on-site Implementation Specialist role based in Bengaluru. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end deployments of Trackerwave's RTLS and IoT solutions at customer locations across Bengaluru and other assigned regions.

The role involves gathering customer requirements, configuring hardware and software solutions, performing system integration and testing, and ensuring successful implementation. You will work closely with customers, product management, engineering, and support teams to deliver seamless deployments.

Key responsibilities include conducting user training, troubleshooting implementation issues, supporting go-live activities, monitoring deployed solutions, documenting system configurations, and providing valuable feedback to improve products and implementation processes.
