*Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM*

*Open Positions & Compensation:*
- *Manager 5–6 years post-qualification experience*
- *Senior Manager – 8+ years post-qualification experience*

*Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)*

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Handle Direct Tax Advisory and Litigation matters*
- *Represent clients before CIT(A), Tribunal, High Court, and Supreme Court*
- *Manage international tax planning and transaction structuring*
- *Provide corporate tax and foreign investment advisory*
- *Handle tax assessments, appeals, and compliance*
- *Build and maintain robust client relationships while supporting business development*
- *Mentor and guide junior team members*

*Skills Required:*
- *Strong expertise in Direct Taxation and Indian & International Tax Laws*
- *Knowledge of allied laws such as FEMA and BMA*
- *Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills*
- *Strong client and stakeholder management abilities*
