As part of the ORM team, the SEO Specialist will lead Karma Group's organic search strategy, ensuring the brand is highly visible, discoverable and trusted across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.
The role will be responsible for auditing and improving the technical health of Karma Group's global websites; driving sustainable organic growth; enhancing brand discoverability through SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO); and implementing best practices to strengthen the Group's digital presence.
Working closely with the GEO & ORM Executive, Content Marketing, Web Development, AI and Digital teams, the SEO Specialist will develop scalable search strategies while supporting the ORM function through reputation-focused SEO initiatives, optimisation of business profiles, and guidance on online review management. By combining technical SEO expertise with AI search optimisation and online reputation best practices, this role will help ensure Karma Group maintains a strong,
authoritative and future-ready presence across both search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strong expertise in Technical, On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO audits and develop actionable optimisation strategies.
- Experience with keyword research, search intent analysis and content optimisation.
- Understanding of website architecture, crawlability, indexation and Core Web Vitals.
- Knowledge of AI Search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Experience with Local SEO, International SEO (hreflang) and structured data (Schema Markup).
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO performance and recommend improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work collaboratively with technical, content and marketing teams.
