Role Description
The Account Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing and growing client accounts. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Account Executive will prepare proposals, track account performance, coordinate with internal teams, and support contract renewals and upsell opportunities. This role also includes handling client queries, resolving issues,



updating CRM or account records, and contributing to periodic account reviews and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping

· Manage accounts payable and receivable

· Prepare invoices, vouchers, purchase entries, and expense records

· Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts

· Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records

· Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting

· Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for payment follow-ups

· Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records

· Support audits and compliance-related activities

· Prepare MIS reports as required by management

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Expertise in Tally / ERP software

Understanding of GST & Income Tax regulations
