About the Role The Project Planning Pilot is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the overall project schedule from concept through product development, industrialization, and launch. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, drives milestone adherence, manages project risks, supports launch readiness, and enables on-time program execution. Success in this role means effective planning, governance, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the overall project master schedule in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Define project milestones, key decision gates, and overall execution timelines.




- Adapt standard project schedules to suit specific program requirements and complexities.
- Prepare and maintain launch plans aligned with overall project objectives.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules throughout development and industrialization.
- Identify schedule deviations, risks, and bottlenecks; drive corrective and preventive action plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Develop detailed schedules for prototype, validation, pilot, and production build phases.
- Plan activities considering customer requirements, manufacturing capacity, quality gates, and resource availability.
- Support planning and monitoring of project resource utilization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering / Production Engineering or related discipline.
- 10-12 years of experience.
