Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital's healthcare services, increasing patient referrals, strengthening relationships with doctors, corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, industries, government organizations, and community stakeholders. The role focuses on business development, brand visibility, patient engagement, outreach activities, and achieving revenue growth while maintaining ethical healthcare marketing practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development
- Identify and develop current business opportunities for the hospital.
- Promote OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Health Check-up Packages, Emergency Services, and Specialty Services.
- Increase patient referrals through doctors, clinics, corporates, and institutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

2. Corporate & Institutional Marketing
- Develop relationships with corporate organizations, industries, schools, colleges, banks, hotels, and government departments.
- Generate Corporate Tie-ups and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
- Coordinate employee health check-up programs.




- Promote occupational health services.

3. Doctor & Referral Marketing
- Maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and consultants.
- Conduct regular visits to clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals.
- Promote hospital specialties and consultant services.
- Monitor referral trends and maintain referral databases.

4. TPA & Insurance Coordination
- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and empanelment agencies.
- Assist in obtaining and renewing empanelments.
- Strengthen relationships with insurance partners.

5. Community Outreach
- Organize:
- Free Health Camps
- Awareness Programs
- School Health Programs
- Corporate Wellness Sessions
- Community Screening Camps
- CME (Continuing Medical Education) Programs
- Coordinate public health awareness initiatives.

6. Digital & Brand Promotion
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate social media promotions.
