We're Hiring: Regional Manager | Karnataka

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead sales growth, expand market presence, and drive business performance across key markets in Karnataka and Southern India.

? Location: Karnataka

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale regional sales operations
- Drive revenue growth and regional profitability (P&L; ownership)
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing field sales teams
- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and suppliers
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, construction materials, infrastructure, or related industries
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing sales teams
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Robust leadership, communication,



and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories

Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction material sales and supply chains
- Exposure to Aggregates, Cement, Steel, RMC, AAC Blocks, or UPVC Windows
- Strong understanding of regional construction markets
- Ability to drive business growth through market intelligence and relationship management
