Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Panchkula
Department: Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve company targets
- Generate new business opportunities through architects, builders, contractors, and dealers
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships
- Handle team coordination and guide sales executives for performance improvement
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Ensure timely follow-ups, order closures, and payment collections
- Prepare sales reports and present to management.
- Develop and appoint dealers & distributors in new and existing markets
- Maintain solid relationships with channel partners
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
