About the role

Search Engineers is a performance search marketing agency in Coimbatore. We work with a focused set of industries — healthcare, education, and professional services — and we're accountable to real outcomes: patient enquiries, admissions, qualified leads. Not vanity metrics.

We're hiring a Google Ads Executive to set up, launch, and maintain paid search campaigns for our clients. This is a hands-on execution role. You'll learn the craft properly, on real accounts with real budgets, under a senior strategist. If you're detail-oriented and want to grow into paid media, this is a strong first job.

What you'll do
- Set up and launch Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max) under guidance
- Build ad groups, keyword lists, and ad copy variations
- Write and upload ad headlines, descriptions, and assets/extensions
- Monitor live campaigns and flag delivery, spend, or performance issues
- Support keyword research and negative keyword clean-up




- Maintain campaign trackers and help pull basic reports
- Follow our quality-check process before anything goes live (typos in ads cost money — accuracy matters here)

Who should apply
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience, OR
- Freshers who've completed a Google Ads certification (Google Skillshop) or a digital marketing course/program
- Basic understanding of PPC concepts — keywords, match types, CPC, CTR, conversions
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
- Written English good enough to draft and edit ad copy
- Strong attention to detail
- Based in Coimbatore and able to work from our office daily

Valuable to have (not required)
- Website Knowledge
- Basic familiarity with GA4 or Google Tag Manager

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
