Role Description
The Cluster Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing collections operations across an assigned cluster in Kolkata, ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining high standards of customer experience and regulatory compliance. This full-time, on-site role involves managing and guiding collection teams, setting and monitoring performance targets, and implementing collection strategies aligned with organizational policies.



The role includes reviewing delinquency trends, conducting regular portfolio analysis, and taking corrective actions to minimize risk and loss. The Cluster Collection Manager coordinates with branch teams, legal and compliance functions, and external agencies to resolve complex cases and ensure effective escalation and closure. Day-to-day responsibilities also include reporting key metrics to senior management, driving process improvements, and ensuring adherence to ethical collection practices.

Qualifications
- Solid expertise in collections management, including portfolio monitoring, delinquency control, and recovery strategies.
- Experience in team leadership and people management, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop on-ground and tele-collection staff.
- Solid knowledge of consumer and commercial lending processes, credit risk, and regulatory guidelines applicable to NBFCs and financial services.
