ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated Vendor Acquisition & Partner Success Associate to expand and strengthen Medleiz's service partner network. This is a field-based role involving regular domestic travel across assigned territories for partner onboarding, site visits, audits, and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding high-quality service partners, building long-term relationships, ensuring operational compliance, and driving consistent service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, evaluate, onboard,



and manage service partners across multiple service categories.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with vendors while serving as their primary business point of contact.

• Ensure timely completion of onboarding, documentation, agreements, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor partner performance, customer feedback, and adherence to Medleiz's service standards.

• Conduct partner reviews, training sessions, and operational audits to improve performance and engagement.

• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Maintain accurate vendor records, reports, and operational documentation.

Travel extensively within Chennai and other assigned locations
for partner onboarding, business development initiatives, and operational meetings.

• Represent Medleiz during partner onboarding, business development initiatives, and operational meetings across assigned territories.
