Toyota Kirloskar Motor — TKM is establishing Plant 4 — P4, which will be the company’s largest manufacturing facility.
We are seeking an experienced ?????? ??? ?? ?????????? to gain a deep understanding of the current SAP Finance landscape, business processes, and operational challenges across existing plants, and translate these insights into recommendations for SAP solution design for Plant 4.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams — FI, MM, and SD to assess the current state, identify improvement opportunities, and help define a future-ready SAP template for the recent plant.

✅ Develop a comprehensive understanding of TKM’s Finance business processes and existing SAP FI solution landscape
✅ Study historical P1 / P2 incidents, map them to business processes,
identify root causes, and assess business impact
✅ Understand business operations across existing plants and manufacturing environments
✅ Evaluate end-to-end SAP FI processes and their integration with SAP MM and SAP SD
✅ Understand TKM’s organisational structure, plant landscape, and operating model
✅ Apply design-thinking principles to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, and automation
✅ Recommend process, control, and system improvements for the SAP template for Plant 4
✅ Identify opportunities to improve user experience, strengthen financial controls, and eliminate recurring operational issues
✅ Prepare and present actionable recommendations to business and project stakeholders
✅ Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and implementation teams during assessment and design phases
