Role Description
As a Human Resource Manager at TransCurators, The Content Factory, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.



You will develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company culture and business objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing hiring plans, coordinating with department leads to identify resource needs, conducting interviews, and supporting workforce planning. You will handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and conflict management while promoting a positive, inclusive work setting. The role also involves organizing training and upskilling initiatives, managing HR documentation and HRIS records, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and preparing HR reports for leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
