About the Fund
ABHI Incubation Angel Fund is a SEBI-registered Category I Alternative Investment Fund (Angel Fund),
managed by ABHI Incubation Fund Pvt. Ltd.(The Asset Management Company), with MITCON Credentia Corporate Trustees as trustee and ICICI Bank as custodian. The fund invests in early-stage, high-potential startups.
Role Overview
This is an investor relations and outreach role focused on building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospective investors.
The intern will support the Fund Manager/Co founder in investor education, relationship management, and onboarding coordination. This role does NOT involve solicitation, marketing, or sale of fund units to the public. All engagement with prospective investors must be need-based, relationship-driven, and limited to persons who approach the fund or are part of the promoters' / fund team's pre-existing private network, in accordance with SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012 governing private placement.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and build relationships with High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) and Family Offices within the
team's existing private network

Support investor education sessions explaining the fund's investment philosophy, portfolio, and structure — strictly on a one-on-one or invitee basis

Assist in onboarding formalities (KYC, subscription documents, accreditation checks) for interested
