Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of construction materials and ensure timely availability of resources for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor development, purchase planning, inventory management, cost optimization, and coordination with internal stakeholders to support smooth project execution.

Key Requirements:




- Manage end-to-end procurement of construction materials including cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and finishing materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and timely deliveries.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare purchase orders, monitor order status, and ensure on-time material procurement.
- Maintain site-wise inventory, conduct stock verification, and monitor material movement.
- Coordinate with project, site, finance, and accounts teams for procurement planning and execution.
- Review material requirements based on project schedules and BOQs.
- Prepare procurement MIS reports, purchase summaries, and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, documentation, and quality standards.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process
