Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Procurement Operations
- Manage purchase booking and tracking of purchase contracts (Sauda) related to raw materials, semi-finished goods, packing materials, and other procurement items.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (PO), Stock Transfer Orders (STO), and related commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with Head Office (HO) procurement teams, packing material suppliers, and other stakeholders for timely material availability.
- Prepare SKU-wise packing cost sheets and support cost reduction initiatives.

Inventory Management
- Perform SAP entries for incoming materials, in-process stock, finished goods (FG), and packing materials (PM).
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) after necessary quality checks/ approval.
- Execute all stock accounting activities through SAP (MIGO/MIRO transactions).
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packing materials and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain documentation of materials received, consumed, rejected, dispatched, and stored.

Logistics & Dispatch Management




- Plan daily dispatches in coordination with HO SCM and 3P Operations Desk.
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and finished goods dispatch.
- Create inbound/outbound deliveries, sales invoices, stock transfer invoices, shipping documents, and shipping cost documents.
- Process freight approvals and freight bills with necessary supporting documents and HO approvals.

Billing & Payment Processing
- Process supplier payment vouchers along with invoices, GRN, LR copy and supporting documents for HO payment processing.
- Verify and process Job work charges /Conversion Charges bills of 3P-unit.
- Ensure timely submission of documents to HO Commercial and Finance teams.

Reconciliation & Reporting
- Conduct reconciliation of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods between AWL records and job worker records.
- Monitor job work output against standards, approved losses, and consumption norms.
