Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
- Work extensively on Product Cost Controlling, including Product Costing, Cost Objects, Costing Variants, Cost Component Structure, Work in Progress (WIP), Variance Calculation, and Settlement.
- Support Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing costing scenarios.
- Configure and support Material Ledger and Actual Costing (where applicable).
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements, perform Fit-Gap Analysis, prepare functional specifications, and configure SAP solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as SAP MM, PP, SD, and FI to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
- Resolve production support issues, analyze root causes,



and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and provide end-user training.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to Product Costing and Controlling.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to improve costing processes and enhance system performance.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP CO (Controlling).
- Hands-on experience in Product Costing and Product Cost Controlling.
- Experience with Cost Objects, Costing Variants, Cost Component Structure, WIP, Variance, and Settlement.
- Valuable knowledge of COPA (Profitability Analysis).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
- Knowledge of integration between FI, MM, PP, and SD modules.
- Manufacturing domain experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
