Role & responsibilities
- BIW (Body-in-White) Design of structural components.
- Design and release experience in BIW Engineering.
- Valuable knowledge of joining processes (spot welding, fillet welding etc)
- Knowledge of Homologation standards
- Must have relevant experience in Vehicle Integration, Vehicle packaging, Concept creation, assembly processes of various parts.
- Should have knowledge and understanding of Tooling and manufacturing processes.
- Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (D-FMEA)
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with other department.
Preferred candidate profile
- Relevant experience in automotive OEM
