About the Role

Auramah Valley is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Site Visit Manager
to manage and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers and investors. The role requires ensuring a seamless and skilled experience for all visitors, from initial inquiry through site presentation, while effectively showcasing the project's unique value proposition.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Welcome visitors and provide detailed project presentations during site tours.
- Explain project features, amenities, location advantages, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure the site, experience center, and sample units are always presentable and visitor-ready.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, client feedback, and follow-up requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth visitor management.




- Arrange transportation, refreshments, and hospitality services for visitors whenever required.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and address their queries professionally.
- Generate visit reports and share insights with management regarding customer preferences and concerns.
- Ensure all site visit activities align with the company's service standards and brand image.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, customer relations, hospitality, or client servicing.
- Strong understanding of luxury real estate and customer engagement.
- Ability to handle VIP clients and high-net-worth individuals professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
