Role Description
The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, providing information about residential and commercial projects and addressing basic inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include explaining project features, collecting customer requirements, updating lead and call logs, and following up with interested prospects to schedule site visits or connect them with the sales team. The Telecaller will maintain professional communication, ensure accurate documentation of interactions,



and support sales and marketing initiatives as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local languages, with explicit and polite telephone etiquette.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening and responding effectively to inquiries and concerns.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or lead management tools to record and manage customer information.
- Sales support skills such as lead qualification, follow-up, and coordination with the field or sales team.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-oriented environment and manage time efficiently.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate sales support is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in any field is preferred.
