We are expanding our business development division and seeking an ambitious, resilient, and target-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Lead to manage our end-to-end sales pipeline and drive organic client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organic Lead Generation: Actively prospect, source, and build pipelines using purely organic, zero-budget outreach channels including high-volume cold calling, LinkedIn networking, professional WhatsApp outreaches, and direct in-person meetings.
- Client Pitching & Consultation: Pitch PleaPoint's core offeringsCustomized Documentation Support, Legal Awareness, and Advocate Matchmakingto early-stage startups, MSME founders, property owners, and retail merchants.
- Pipeline & CRM Tracking:



Manage prospects rigorously through our CRM tracker (from initial lead capture, scheduled exploratory meetings, customized proposals sent, to closed sales and client onboarding).
- Strategic Referral Partnerships: Build mutually beneficial offline referral networks with local Chartered Accountants (CAs), Company Secretaries (CSs), and commercial real-estate brokers.
- Daily Action Accountability: Maintain strict daily reporting by submitting brief End-of-Day (EOD) reports tracking outbound call volume, WhatsApp outreaches, connections sent, meetings booked, and next-day action plans.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven outbound B2B sales experience (experience in legal services, qualified consulting, corporate sales, or real estate is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. The ability to articulate complex services in simple, value-driven business language is a must.
