Job Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop and update teaching materials, laboratory experiments, and assessment tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- Guide students in practical laboratory work, ensuring safety protocols and fostering hands‑on analytical skills.
- Teach concepts using demonstrations, experiments, simulations, and real-life applications.
- Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
- Assess student performance through class tests, projects, practicals, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic progress.
- Provide remedial support and enrichment activities based on students' learning needs.
Essential Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physics or a related field from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
