Role Description

The Enterprise Sales Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for driving new business growth with mid-market and enterprise rental property owners and managers. This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demos,



and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and closing. The Enterprise Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine messaging, align on target accounts, and ensure smooth onboarding for newly signed customers. Day-to-day activities include building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, developing account plans, preparing proposals, and tracking performance in the CRM. The role also requires gathering customer feedback, identifying upsell opportunities, and contributing to sales process improvements that support scalable revenue growth.
