Manager, Human Resources ( HRBP )

*Full time, Mumbai, India*

As a Manager, People Culture (HR Business Partner), you will partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals and drive outcomes through talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

As a Manager, Human Resources ( HRBP ), you will
- Advise leaders on people strategy, performance, and change
- Drive employee lifecycle initiatives (performance, development, engagement)
- Coach managers on employee relations, policies, and best practicesLead change and culture initiatives




- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
- Use HR data and insights to guide decision-making
- Partner on compensation, workforce planning, and talent strategies
- Support recruitment and onboarding (as applicable)

About you
- 6 8 years of HR experience, including HRBP experience
- Solid expertise in employee relations and talent management
- Ability to influence and build stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeFluent in English
