Role Description
The Appointment Generation Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. In this position,



the executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects for B2B technology clients, conducting outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to schedule appointments with decision-makers. The role involves researching target accounts, understanding client offerings, and crafting clear, compelling messages that drive interest and meeting confirmations. The executive maintains accurate records in CRM tools, follows structured follow-up cadences, and collaborates closely with sales and marketing teams to align outreach with ongoing campaigns. Daily responsibilities also include meeting productivity targets, reporting on lead and appointment status, and continuously refining outreach approaches based on feedback and performance data.
