Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Promote LESPARO products and expand market presence.
- Identify new dealers, distributors, retailers, and business opportunities.
- Visit customers regularly and conduct field sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Garments, Textile, Apparel, Fashion, or related industries.
- Garment industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to travel.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Language Requirement
- Tamil Nadu: Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory)
- Kerala: Fluency in Malayalam (Mandatory)
- Karnataka: Fluency in Kannada (Mandatory)
