Job Summary

We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Executive with Tally Prime experience to manage outstanding payments, customer follow-ups, and debt collection activities. The role requires expertise in ledger reconciliation, aging analysis, and timely recovery of overdue receivables.

Key Responsibilities
- GST Calculation & filing on portal.
- Generate aging reports and track overdue invoices
- Follow up with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Debt collection and payment recovery
- Perform customer ledger reconciliation
- Maintain collection follow-up remarks and payment commitments
- Prepare weekly/monthly collection MIS reports
- Coordinate with sales team for payment holds and release approvals

Requirements
- 1+ years in Accounts Receivable / Debt Collection
- Hands-on experience in Tally Prime
- GST Knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- MS Excel
- Graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,012.80 - ₹22,295.92 per month
