Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across North India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B industrial sales, experience in developing new business, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Manage relationships with end users, OEMs, EPC contractors,



consultants, and channel partners.
- Promote VARALKA's Plate Heat Exchanger solutions across key industries.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
- Experience in Heat Exchangers, HVAC, Refrigeration, Process Equipment, Pumps, Valves, Boilers, or related engineering products is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
