Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team on a 6-month contractual assignment. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the organization in the finalization of books of accounts, statutory and internal audits, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations. The candidate should be capable of independently handling year-end financial closure and coordinating with auditors within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Finalize books of accounts for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare and review the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to Accounts.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries, provisions, accruals, and adjustments.
- Review Trial Balance and ensure proper classification of financial transactions.
- Perform detailed scrutiny of General Ledger accounts.
- Review and reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, customer accounts, inter-company balances, and statutory ledgers.




- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and unreconciled balances.
- Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Auditors, and other regulatory authorities.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents required during audits.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS).
- Support management with periodic MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Qualification
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Construction, organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
