Job Summary We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online growth. You will manage digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive e-commerce sales. This role requires a deep understanding of beauty trends and consumer behavior.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Campaign Management
- Develop growth strategies. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage digital budgets. Allocate funds efficiently across paid channels to maximize ROI.
- Launch product campaigns. Create exciting digital launch plans for recent skincare, makeup, or hair care products.

Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Oversee social channels. Manage content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Lead influencer relations. Identify, recruit, and manage beauty influencers for partnerships.
- Build community engagement.



Foster active online communities around our beauty products.

Performance Marketing & E-commerce
- Run paid advertising. Oversee Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Reels Ads.
- Optimize website conversion. Improve user experience (UX) on Shopify or brand website.
- Manage retention marketing. Create email and SMS marketing flows to increase repeat purchases.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track key metrics. Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and website traffic.
- Generate performance reports. Provide weekly and monthly insights to senior leadership.
- Conduct market research. Monitor competitor activities and emerging beauty industry trends.

Qualifications Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree. Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years experience. Proven digital marketing experience specifically in beauty, fashion, or B2C wellness.
