Job Purpose/ Summary
The Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET. in the DRI Plant is responsible for supporting the protected, efficient, and continuous operation of the plant to achieve production and quality targets. The role involves monitoring process parameters, assisting in the operation and maintenance of plant equipment, conducting routine inspections, and identifying operational abnormalities for timely corrective action. The DET works closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth plant functioning,



adherence to safety and environmental standards, and compliance with operational procedures. Additionally, the position contributes to process optimization, equipment reliability, record maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining technical expertise and practical experience in DRI plant operations.
