The IT&S; Project Manager at SoftwareOne plays a critical role in enabling business transformation and technology execution across the organization. This role is responsible for leading medium to largescale IT&S; projects, often spanning multiple business units or technology pillars, and for governing project delivery in line with the IT&S; Project Management Framework.





The Project Manager owns the full project lifecycle, ensures compliance with mandatory governance and documentation standards, and drives predictable, transparent, and highquality project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple medium to large IT&S; projects spanning one or more IT&S; pillars
- Own full project lifecycle delivery, from initiation through closure, in accordance with the IT&S; Project Management Framework
- Ensure all mandatory project deliverables, templates, and phasegate requirements are created, maintained, and stored in the designated systems
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, estimates, schedules, and resource plans
- Actively manage scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests
- Govern daytoday project execution using Jira and Confluence as the primary project management and documentation tools
