Role Description:

· Identifying and evaluating the latest technologies, assessing their potential for strategic advantage and business impact.

· Collaborating closely with executive leadership, business units, and stakeholders to understand their technology needs and drive technology-enabled business initiatives.

· Providing solid leadership and guidance to the technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

· Managing relationships with technology vendors and partners, evaluating and selecting the most suitable solutions and services.

Overseeing the development and implementation of scalable and secure technology systems, software solutions and infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience delivering complex technology solutions.
- Proven expertise in IT Strategy and Architecture to design and implement scalable, secure, and sustainable systems.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in network technologies, CATV/MATV, PON products, or related telecommunications domains is highly beneficial.
- Ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary technical teams, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
