- Lead and manage complete Galvanization Plant operations.
- Ensure achievement of production targets with highest quality and efficiency.
- Monitor zinc consumption, process parameters, and cost optimization.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the production team for operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate
- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering
