Mandatory Skills:

* Solid knowledge of Fixed Fire Protection Systems

* Understanding of BIS Standards, TAC, NFPA & FM Approval

* Experience in system design review, estimation & hydraulic calculations

* Tendering & large-value proposal handling

* Excellent customer handling & negotiation skills

* Leadership experience in sales/design/project teams

* Knowledge of project execution, site coordination & compliance

* Strong communication, presentation & decision-making skills

* High ownership, integrity & accountability

Preferred Experience:

* Fire Protection / MEP / EPC Industry

* Industrial, Commercial & Infrastructure Projects
