Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a German Language Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver engaging German language lessons for learners at different proficiency levels, focusing on speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.



Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting online classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves adapting teaching methods to learner needs, incorporating relevant cultural and business contexts, maintaining training records, and collaborating with internal teams to align language training with broader business objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Language Teaching and Teaching, with experience delivering structured German language instruction to diverse learners.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education, including designing curricula, learning objectives, and assessment methods.
- Background or interest in Literature, especially German literature or texts, to enrich lessons with cultural and contextual understanding.
