Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Executive based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing relationships with potential and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare proposals, and support negotiations to close deals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, and tracking sales performance and targets.



The role also requires regular reporting on business development activities and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and market reach.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Candidates should possess strong Business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in sales, trading, or the agro industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is beneficial.
