About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Plant Coordinator
to join our growing
FMCG manufacturing
team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in manufacturing operations and contribute to the smooth execution of daily plant activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities and ensure smooth plant operations.




- Assist in production planning and scheduling to meet dispatch timelines.
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor raw material and packaging material availability.
- Track daily production output and inventory.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining accurate production and inventory records.
- Help ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience
in an
FMCG manufacturing
environment.
- Freshers with internships or industrial training in FMCG are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
