Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Draftsman specialized in Fire

Detection & Alarm Systems (FDAS), CCTV Surveillance Systems, and Public Address

(PA) Systems. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, compliant,

and detailed engineering drawings for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure

projects, in coordination with design engineers, consultants, and site teams.

Role & Responsibilities: 1.



Design & Drafting

Prepare GA drawings, layout drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring

diagrams, loop drawings, riser diagrams, and as-built drawings for:

Fire Detection & Alarm Systems (Addressable & Conventional)

CCTV Surveillance Systems

Public Address / General Alarm (PA/GA) Systems

Develop shop drawings based on approved BOQ, technical specifications, and

project standards.

Modify drawings based on consultant/client comments and site conditions.

2. Standards & Compliance

Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards such as:

NFPA, IS Codes, NBC, EN54

Project-specific and OEM guidelines

Maintain proper symbol legends, cable schedules, device addressing, and

labeling.

3. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with design engineers, project managers, site engineers, and

consultants for technical clarifications.
