We are looking for a highly accomplished and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager – Accounts to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience in the real estate developer industry, capable of managing end-to-end accounting operations across multiple projects, driving financial governance,



ensuring statutory compliance, leading large finance teams, and delivering accurate financial reporting to support strategic business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end accounting operations across multiple ongoing real estate projects, ensuring timely financial closures and accurate project accounting
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive statutory, internal, tax, GST, and RERA audits while coordinating with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor project cash flows, budgeting, fund utilization, financial controls, and profitability through robust MIS reporting and analytical dashboards
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while collaborating closely with Sales, CRM, Procurement, Projects, Legal, and senior lea
