Role Description
The Interior Sales Consultant is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their interior design requirements and presenting tailored design and product solutions. The consultant will prepare quotations, explain design concepts and guide clients through selections of materials, finishes, and furnishings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting showroom consultations, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships and coordinating with the design and project teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed projects. The role also includes achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records of inquiries and conversions, and ensuring a professional and positive client experience at all times.

Responsibilities:





• Identifying and qualifying leads from various sources based on the company's target audience and their level of interest in the company's products or services.

• Converting sales leads to final sales closure.

• Responsible for managing the company's lead database, ensuring that it is up to date and accurate.

• Track the conversion rates of leads, analysing data to determine the effectiveness of lead generation.

• Responsible for sales and sign-up and growth

• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

• Meet new clients in the office and explain about the products and services and costing.

• Visit sites and prepare quotations for the project.

• Responsible for complete end-to-end pre-sales solutions.

• Advises clients on interior design factors like space planning and layout as well as utilisation of furnishings, equipment, colour schemes, colour coordination and material selection.
