Job Description Sales Executive (Lighting & UV Lamps Division)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with 3-4 years of experience in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing dealer/distributor networks, driving channel sales, and promoting specialty lighting products, particularly UV-C/UV lamps. This role involves business development, relationship management, and achieving targeted sales growth across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for lighting and UV lamp product lines.
- Identify recent business opportunities and onboard potential dealers, distributors, and OEM clients.
- Promote UV-C solutions (UV lamps, modules, fixtures) to lamp dealers and end users.

2. Dealer / Channel Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealer network; ensure consistent communication and support.
- Monitor dealer performance, resolve issues, and ensure healthy stock movement.




- Conduct product training sessions and sales support activities for channel partners.
- Manage and support international clients, ensuring timely communication and effective relationship management.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track competitor activities, market pricing, new product introductions, and customer feedback.
- Provide insights to management to support pricing strategies, product positioning, and marketing initiatives.

4. Technical & Product Knowledge
- Understand lighting technologies (UV-C, UV lamps, ballasts, drivers, modules).
- Prepare basic technical proposals, product selection sheets, and application-based pitches for UV-C lamps and accessories.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution customization and project support.
- Identify and develop new applications and use cases for UV lamps across relevant industries and customer segments.
