We are seeking high-potential candidates to join the
Management Associate Programme
, an 18-month rotational programme designed to develop future business leaders through exposure to key business functions.
Associates will rotate across
Data & Analytics, Product Development, Sales & Marketing, Content, Research & Training, and Bond Exchange Operations
, gaining hands-on experience in business strategy, financial markets, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and enhancement of bond pricing models and analytics.
- Monitor financial markets and assist in preparing market updates, research reports, and newsletters.
- Conduct market research,
business analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Support client engagement initiatives, business development, and platform adoption.
- Prepare business presentations and proposals for financial institutions, including banks and brokerage firms.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Bond Exchange and support strategic business initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and organizational projects.
- Support the planning and execution of skilled training programmes.
