Must Have :
- Experience in OpenText with cross‑module awareness
- Hands‑on configuration and development in OpenText , including document processing, workflow customization
- Integration knowledge within SAP and with non‑SAP systems/content integrations
- Ability to understand Functional Specifications (FS) and produce high‑quality Technical Specifications (TS), design artefacts, unit test cases, and KT/user guides
Valuable-to-Have :
- Certification in the relevant module
