- Perform Zero-Based Costing (ZBC) for casting, forging, sheet metal, fabrication, alloy steel, and hardware components.
- Conduct should costing and cost estimation for current product development and engineering change requests (ECNs).
- Prepare and analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) costing for accurate budgeting.
- Calculate machine hour rates, tooling costs, and manufacturing norms through physical verification and process analysis.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives using VAVE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering), benchmarking, and supplier resourcing.
