Job Description: Senior Human Resources Manager

Position: Senior Human Resources Manager

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune

Salary: 60,000 70,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Manage employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes.

Oversee performance management and employee development programs.

Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management,



and HR documentation.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.

Partner with department heads to identify workforce planning and training needs.

Maintain HRMIS records and prepare HR reports and analytics for management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

34 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.

Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
