Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi.



The candidate will support civil and structural engineering projects through activities such as preparing and reviewing design documentation, assisting in detailing for concrete reinforcement and structural steel, and contributing to BIM and CAD workflows as required. Day-to-day responsibilities may include collaborating with engineering teams, maintaining accurate project records, following established standards and processes, and supporting quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications. The candidate will also be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues, participate in knowledge-sharing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in civil/structural engineering principles and an understanding of structural design workflows.
- Familiarity with concrete reinforcement (rebar) detailing, structural steel detailing, or related drafting and fabrication documentation.
- Exposure to BIM tools or pre-construction CAD softwar
