This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Chennai.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various roles for our clients in Retail / FMCG domains.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing effective job postings, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities include lining up and conducting interviews,



evaluating candidates against role expectations, and ensuring a smooth and skilled candidate experience.

The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, organise mass-recruitment drives at colleges and public spaces, maintain recruitment metrics, and support continuous improvement of hiring practices.

What we expect from the Candidate
- Proficiency in Hiring processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer management
- Ability to look for suitable candidates from job portals / outreach to Vocational / UG / PG colleges
- Strong Interviewing skills, with the ability to evaluate competencies and cultural fit in a structured, fair manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders

Prior experience recruiting in retail / FMCG domains is beneficial
