About the Role

Neetdeep Group is seeking a motivated and technically skilled
ELV/BMS Project Engineer
to support the execution of Electronic Life Safety (ELV) and Building Management System (BMS) projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for site execution, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, coordination, and project documentation to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute ELV and BMS projects from installation to commissioning and handover.
- Supervise installation and testing of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA/VA, BMS, and related systems.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, BOQs, and as-built records.




- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during project execution.
- Maintain proper communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in ELV and/or BMS project execution.
- Experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or infrastructure
